A call for AGJA Essays – 2015
open to all current AGJA members who also enjoy writing.
Take this opportunity to express your thoughts in an essay on this year’s topic:

“Identify and discuss how your Judaic art has influenced or impacted the viewer’s feeling about Judaism.”

Beginning on March 1, 2015, as part of celebrating Jewish Arts Month this year, selected essays will be published on the Guild Facebook and Guild website blog.

Essay length:
max 2 pages, font size 12, double space, maximum word count – 400 words.
Send your entry as an attached jpg word document to office @jewishart.org
In the subject line, write your name and essay 2015

Juror: Suzi Brozman- professional Jewish journalist, Judaica craftsman, and life-long learner in Jewish studies- from Atlanta, GA.

One member will receive a Skira-Rizzoli Publications art book, THE JEWISH WORLD: 100 Treasures of Art and Culture, The Magnes Collection as a prize for their essay.
