My mother always stressed the importance of family. My father, a talented fine jewelry designer, inspired me and taught me the importance of design and craftsmanship. In the winter of 2010, I went on a Taglit Birthright trip to Israel and was captivated by the landscape, culture and history. The experience deepened my connection to Israel, my culture and my identity as an artist. I discovered my true passion for creating contemporary heirlooms that transform the concept of traditional Jewish pieces. As a designer and maker my goal is to encourage the collection of American craft in the modern home.
